The USAIDEDGE Youth Placement Program is a groundbreaking initiative that aims to bridge the gap between education and industry by providing young graduates with meaningful internship opportunities. In partnership with Nchitonet Recruit and other key stakeholders, we are committed to nurturing a new generation of leaders who will contribute to positive change and innovation in various sectors.

Job requirements

Background on the USAID EDGE Project: 

The USAID Enterprise Development and Growth Enhanced (EDGE) Project is a five-year intervention focused on enhancing the profitability, productivity, and job creation of agricultural SMEs. This project supports SMEs in value chains such as Horticulture, Honey, Animal Feed, Groundnuts, Poultry, and Aquaculture across Lusaka, Central, and Eastern provinces.

Partnership with Nchitonet Recruit: 

Nchitonet Recruit, a prominent Recruitment Agency, joins forces with USAID EDGE to implement the Youth Internship Placement Program. Nchitonet Recruit's expertise in talent sourcing and placement aligns with our mission to create a sustainable ecosystem for youth employment in Zambia.
